Oversized Oak Tree Takes Up Space in a West Haven Homeowner’s Backyard
Last fall, a homeowner wanted to remove a large oak tree on their property. The oak grew close to their home, prompting concerns about the tree’s safety.
Removing the tree would reduce the risk of damage to their home or landscape if the tree were to fall or if its branches were to break. It would also increase the homeowner’s usable yard space, giving them the opportunity to invest in future landscaping projects.
Arbor Green Tree Service Expertly Handles Hazardous Tree Removal
Arbor Green Tree Service rose to the challenge this tree removal posed. The tall, heavy tree was too close to the client’s home, so the team had to plan the removal meticulously.
The crew decided to use a skid steer loader to lift and transport sections of the oak’s trunk after removing its branches and cutting it into manageable sections. To protect the client’s landscape from damage, they first laid down plywood planks for the skid steer to roll on.
